Nitrogen
Nitrogen (N2) is a colorless, odorless, tasteless, non-toxic, and almost totally inert gas
Unlike Oxygen, it does not support combustion
Gaseous Nitrogen is commonly used for purging, pressure transferring, mixing, and as a blanketing gas – thus protecting Oxygen-sensitive materials from the air, moisture and degradation, and contamination
It is also used as an assistant gas in laser cutting as well as to fill into aircraft tyres to mitigate temperature fluctuations
Nitrogen gas is a cryogenic agent is used in cooling, chilling, and freezing food
It goes as far as reducing discoloration and is thus used in food packaging to prolong shelf life and preserve the integrity of the contents
Depending on your ongoing use, you may require cylinder racks to be supplied and installed at your site rather than individual tanks
